For the love of donkeys
It was a tough job but someone had to do it LOL. Lesley, our editor, was delighted to be asked to be one of three judges at Rose’s Salon de Thé in Eymet last Saturday for the Great Cake-Off in aid of the HeeHaws – for The Love of Donkeys charity. The 21 cake entries came in all shapes and sizes and were absolutely delicious which made judging somewhat difficult, especially when realising how much work went into their creation. The event, which was a great success, raised EUR 1036 for this lovely cause. Well done everyone and thank you for asking The Local Buzz to be involved.
