Working at home needs a different mindset which comes more easily if you dress for work and then “mentally” go to work. You may be used to a professional IT system in the workplace so, in terms of productivity, it’s important to either improve your home IT or change your level of expectation. Make sure you are sitting comfortably and that the lighting is adequate and don’t forget to stay hydrated. Moving around is very important, as is giving your shoulders and arms a rest so do take short breaks and a lunch hour!
